Team members are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to get the job done! In this position you will be responsible for processing payrolls for assigned clients, billing clients and supporting our clients' payroll and tax needs.
Our work environment allows for you to manage your own day-to-day workload, while also working on long term initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, is a lifelong learner, constantly growing and open to new ideas, and is a critical thinker.
Candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize assignments, work well under pressure and be very detail oriented.

Essential Functions:
? Processes semi monthly and bi-weekly payrolls, including maintaining employee garnishments and PTO ? Prepares special payrolls including bonuses, stipends, 3rd party sick pay ? Creates and distributes payroll reports as needed ? Responds to office manager and employee inquiries; including training when needed ? Enters employee and payroll changes into database Education and Experience Requirements:
? Associates degree ? Minimum three years payroll experience ? Extraordinary attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks ? Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills ? Strong analytical and problem solving ability ? Ability to develop, understand and follow written procedures ? Computer literacy, prior experience with HRIS systems and/or other HR technology ? Flexible, agreeable, team player ? Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information ? Must attend continuing education as set by the Director of Payroll Partner Solutions offers:
