Key Areas of Responsibility:



  • Co-lead RFQ Quote Kick Off Meetings chaired by New Business Development.

  • Consolidate cost inputs provided by functional owners into the Quote Model and PFA with support from New Business Development.

  • Manage timeline and internal meeting cadence for new business opportunities to meet internal and customer timing requirements.

  • Understand quote analysis process and utilize it to improve quote financials.

  • Take a lead role in the enhancement of the program financial analysis process as an integral analytical tool to both the quoting and financial processes.

  • Finalize quote model and PFA packages and support New Business Development during Directors and Executive Management Reviews.

  • Maintain program financial analysis (PFA) for each iteration during the quote process as an integral analytical tool.

  • Prepare Quote and PFA Summaries for Management approval for each iteration following Executive approval.

  • Prepare and develop financial models in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new OEM programs at the time of launch.

  • Develop and maintain internal cost data for use in quoting and performance analysis (overhead, labor, salary, etc.)

  • Document all activities as required.

  • Adhere to all company guidelines for Emergency Evacuation to ensure employee safety.

  • Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.
