Knowledge of chemistry, regulations, Laboratory Information Software, an asset, but is not required.
Job responsibilities/ duties include but are not limited to:
Accepting samples at the front counter and handling customer requests/ questions Handling bottle orders Creating customer final reports Shipping/ receiving samples and supplies Filing as well as other office duties This position is also backup to the Office Manager, which includes data entry and logging samples into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
This person must possess the following attributes:
Detail Oriented Able to work at a fast pace Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer skills Advanced understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently This position is Monday- Friday 8:
30am-5pm, this is an on location position (no work from home).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
