$45,000-55,000/annual, salary exempt Job Summary The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of multiple companies by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
This position reports directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, autonomous, independent, and reliable.
Duties/Responsibilities Calendar management (50%) Recruiting (25%) Administrative Tasks (25%), including:
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities Strong multitasking and organizational skills Experience with office productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Experience working with multi-function printers, including the ability to scan documents and send them as an email attachment, configure copy settings and perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing toner cartridges Ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and passport 3
years of experience in an administrative role Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
