We are a water/fire/mold damage company specializing in insurance repairs.
This position requires a thorough knowledge of construction practices, strong communication/negotiation skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
This new hire will be the 4th project manager in our construction division, and we are one of the top performing SERVPRO franchises in the country.
Our in house remediation teams perform necessary emergency cleaning and demolition services.
Once complete, it is the job of this position to carry the project through the phases of reconstruction.
All of our pricing is set in Xactimate software (very easy to learn), and all of our repair work is subcontracted out to our loyal subcontractors.
It is a very fast paced environment, and our company is growing every year.
Compensation for this position is based off of experience and proven success in the construction field.
Insurance benefits are available if needed and typically transportation is negotiated upon hiring in.
