Responsible for the integrity of CRM data & analytics, dashboards, ad hoc reporting, pipeline, and training materials Lead data base, mining for data, maintaining historical data Maintain and improve sales process to support customer engagement efforts Manage sales presentations and associated materials Maintain and prepare marketing materials as needed including social media content Support other areas of the company as business needs dictate High-quality commercial roofing services for our new and existing clients Required Skills /
Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, ability to process data quickly and efficiently Must have basic mathematical skills Ability to process multiple concurrent tasks, develop priorities independently, and take initiative Enjoy working as a team to achieve a common goal Administrative experience; preferably in some facet of commercial construction Desire and ability to work toward growth within the company Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, CRM software and Social Platforms Previous customer service experience preferred Other:
