Feels confident and comfortable taking pictures/videos/reels of clothing -comfortable to take pictures and videos of products, including apparel try ons, trending videos and different looks (OOTD, styling videos, etc.
) -Able to take engaging photos/videos that showcase items beyond clothing such as decor, gifts, etc.
-Able to post consistently (ideally daily) and keep up with latest trends that convert to sales online while growing social media following -Fashionable -Comfortable with retail content creation - Develop and implement social media content to increase brand awareness, engagement & sales -Feel comfortable taking pictures/videos & editing of products - Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy - Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels - Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing Skills - Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva - Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing social media content - Photography skills for capturing high-quality visual content - Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and techniques - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving sales through social media channels - Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously - Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy for social media posts Bonus:
