Insurance Sales Agent

As an Insurance Sales Associate at Jackson Kennedy you will work exclusively over the phone within an assigned territory making sales presentations to seniors regarding insurance products to augment their existing financial resources, including health insurance (particularly Medicare supplements) life insurance, and final expense. Every day in the US there are 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 and this trend will continue daily for the next 20 years. Specific Duties
Educate prospective clients on Jackson Kennedy, our background, services and the ways in which we help seniors to avoid common pitfalls when selecting Medicare Supplemental and Life Insurance.
Initiate outbound phone calls to generate leads and future business.
?Engage in needs analysis to determine specific details on prospective clients' health status, concerns and objectives
Present prospective clients with appropriate insurance solutions
Respond to and overcome objections
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Requirements
You must be tenacious with a strong work ethic and be motivated by a love of competition coupled with a strong desire to earn. You must also have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to easily establish rapport with prospective clients as you educate them about our insurance products. It is also important for you to be an empathetic individual with a commitment to helping clients while treating them with the utmost respect. Carrying an active Health and Life License is a requirement of the position. Applicants who do not currently hold a Health/Life license will be given consideration for the position but job offers will be contingent upon obtaining a license in a timely fashion.

We value and appreciate your hard work & professional dedication and will reward you with a competitive compensation package. After completing a paid 120-day new hire probationary period, you will receive a starting base salary of $36,000 coupled with an uncapped incentive-based bonus structure that is paid on a quarterly basis.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
