Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator
Direct hire, full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities for the Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator:
Assist in incident/injury investigations
Coordinate, conduct and document ISO 14001 Internal audits
Perform and document task and equipment specific hazard and risk assessments.
Assist EHS Manager and Site Leadership with the implementation of corporate and site EHS initiatives and other activities as required to support compliance.

Requirements for the Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator:
Minimum Associates Degree in Safety, Health and Environmental or similar
2
years work experience in a related field
Working knowledge and understanding of ISO 14001 standard
Previous training and experience with performing management system internal audits.
Well organized and able to manage a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge and understanding of state and federal EHS compliance requirements.
General understanding of waste streams requirements
Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills
Automotive related experience with robotic welding, automated machining and assembly would be a PLUS!
