Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in the Greater Detroit Michigan Area!

Manufacturing Engineer needed to support day to day production including Safety, Downtime, Quality, OEE and Ergonomic issues. Manufacturing Engineer will manage all new product launch activities including Fixture design, Poka Yoke, Line mapping, process layouts, and equipment installs.

Primary responsibilities include:

CapEx investments; Production Support and OEE
Approving equipment and tooling; Approving process related procedures or improvements
Authority to stop production lines for quality or durability risks
Preventative maintenance scheduling for equipment, plant and tooling
Management Maintenance, PM's and MRO inventory

Primary requirements include:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar discipline

years working as a Manufacturing Engineer with Motoman Robotics advanced programming and troubleshooting for an automotive manufacturing supplier
2
years of experience with AutoCAD, Catia or 3D modeling software
Welding experience in MIG & TIG
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Ability to travel domestically
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
