Now hiring a Administrative-Shipping/Receiving in Brighton, MI! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Administrative-Shipping/Receiving located in Brighton, MI. Candidates this is a short term project that may last one week or two months, depending on the needs of the business. Some training is provided.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
-May also assist with phones.
-DNR in terms of submitting orders to them, printing off packing slips, utilizing UPS, world ship program, printing off packing lists and assembling/shipping the kit to the DNR such as licenses, equipment such as computers, keyboards, tags, pamphlets, ribbons. -Should have some technical ability to be able to take an image off of the computer and transfer it from a jump drive and then to the PC.
-Will also work in the storage area. -May also pack up items such as fishing guides.
-Will also go online to access the DNR site.
-Will assist with paperwork. -Requires computer skills and use of basic Excel and MS Outlook.
-Able to lift up to 40-50lbs and will have a dolly available for support.
-No hi-lo duties or manufacturing duties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
