You will represent our diversified portfolio of Personal Lines Auto and Property Insurance, Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance, Financial Services and Life insurance products. In addition, you will represent a company that has worked hard to become the nation's 3rd leading auto and home insurance.
Farmers offers 4 ways of becoming an Insurance Agent/ Agency Manager with Farmers Insurance:
Homegrown Agency-No upfront investment required and receive assistance up to $3,000 on top of commissions, renewals, bonuses and benefits for your first 3 years.
Agency Acquisition -Purchase an existing book of business or agency that is currently for sale. Financing available. Training included
Seed Program-The Seed Program provides us the ability to assign the partial commission rights to otherwise orphaned policies to a qualified and capitalized external candidate. The candidate receives the benefit of immediate renewal income without the cost of purchasing the book of business. $25,000 Liquidity Required
Retail Agency -Similar to a Franchise- you start with a branded office location and staff - $50k Liquidity Required - Extensive training and support through the process - Aggressive bonus -plan based on sales performance. Potential for commission of 50% and up!

Job Requirements:
Entrepreneurial drive and ambition
Sales experience
Solid work history in sales or management
Superior level of professionalism

Previous experience in insurance is preferred but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
