UX Designer

The Digital Experience User Experience (UX) Designer at Lake Trust is concerned with the feel of Lake Trust's digital environment and products. This empathetic, problem-solving dynamo must ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next. This process includes imagining and designing thoughtful, revolutionary and intuitive interactive concepts as they refine and iterate to create the "best" user experience for Lake Trust's users.
The Lake Trust Digital Experience team is driven by a strategy that best furthers the relationship of Lake Trust and its members. The Digital Experience UX Developer will have an understanding of these organizational and department objectives and use their powers of organization and thoughtfulness to best align Lake Trust's project requests to these goals.

Skills + Abilities.
Proven experience creating innovative experience across web, mobile, tablet, and social channels.
Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas.
Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
Delivers design work on programs of any size with minimal oversight.
Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience.
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
Disdain for complacency.
Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Must have an expert understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
2+ years work experience as a UX and/or UI designer is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Software is required.
Operate on MAC platform and maintain organized project file structure is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
