Digital Experience Business Analyst

The Digital Experience Business Analyst is the link between the Lake Trust Digital Experience team and the rest of Lake Trust's internal business units. This means that of the all projects imagined by, or requested of, the Digital Experience team are cared for by the loving hands of the Digital Experience Business Analyst. This thoughtful human being will work closely with all aspects of the Credit Union to gather information, translate organizational details to the Digital Experience team, as well as, further the success of the team's internal partners by communicating the team's concepts, technical specifications and requirements.
The Lake Trust Digital Experience team is driven by a strategy that best furthers the relationship of Lake Trust and its members. The Digital Experience Business Analyst will have an understanding of these organizational and department objectives and use their powers of organization and thoughtfulness to best align Lake Trust's project requests to these goals.
Responsibilities.
Communicate. Explain complex strategies, theories and principles to audiences of varying levels of understanding.
Gather. Collect and define business and conceptual details.
Direct. Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives.
Think. Offer unique solutions to Lake Trust digital environment, user-experience and technical problems.
Understand. Be conscious of Lake Trust's strategic goals and make thoughtful decisions to best further those objectives.
Collaborate. Develop strong internal relationships to understand and communicate organizational processes.
Challenge. Never be afraid to be critical of ideas from within the team, or organization, and be willing to offer unique solutions.
Support. Inform, guide and inspire Lake Trust partners as it relates to the success of any team engagements and/or projects.
Contribute. Work with a team of diversely skilled individuals to produce digital solutions that drive thought and produce results.
Lead. Further the thinking and advance the knowledge of those around you to inspire a better Lake Trust.
Advise. Inform the thinking of the Lake Trust Digital Experience leadership in organizational product and service trends.

Qualifications.
BA/BS degree in information systems or any number of related fields preferred.
2+ years experience working in progressively more responsible financial institution positions is required.
Understanding of agile principles, with experience using Scrum preferred.
Understanding of complex web development principles and language is required.
Understanding of the JIRA project-management software system is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software is required.
Operate on MAC or PC platform and maintain organized project file structure is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
